5. Listen.  Respect. Be curious.  Be open. Be humble.  Be patient. Be brave.   

6. Process with intention, be deliberate. No bypassing.  

7. Recognize the power of small, close, positive change. One step at a time.  

8. Stretch beyond comfort zone. And then a little more. 

9. Separation is an illusion, not a reality.  We raise our vibration to dissolve invisible walls.   

10. Take ownership, be accountable, be intentional.
